We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed through our website. On Placing an order, we will send you a confirmation email. Post confirmation, orders are processed for production and we aim to dispatch all orders within 10-12 days. In case of any logistical delays, we will keep you posted.

 

We do not accept returns, however we offer exchange in size provided it is unused and in its original state. We reserve the right to accept or reject the return/exchange on assessing the condition of the outfit. The exchange may not be accepted if the outfit shows any signs of wear or use or damage.

 

The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you. For size customizations, you can write to us at Info@shopruzhan.com and we can share a custom size chart format. Outfits can be customized as per the measurements provided.

 

 

While we make every effort to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors may vary in pictures than actual product.

 

The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price inclusive of 12% GST. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
